The President oalled the meeting to order
The clerk oalled the roll all trustees responding present.
Thereupon the olerk read the minutes Of the meeting of Ma y 7
and same were on motion duly made seconded and carried aooepted as read.
The treasurer's report , as follows was read and ordered
placed on file.
Balance on hand last report - $ 69.66
Receipts 502.00
Total 571.66
Expenditures 218.32
Balance on hand 4 353.34.
Thereupon the clerk read an ordinance making appropriation
for Corporate purposes in the Village of Mount Prospect , Cook County,
Illinois, for the fiscal year begining May Ist 1918 and ending April
30th. I919, said ordinance being designated as ordinance No. I6.
It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp, seconded by trustee
Gosoh that said ordinance be accepted, approved and published according
to law.
Roll Call.

Busse aye Haberkamp aye Pohlmann aye.
Motion oarried ayes six nays none.
The olerk thereupon read the following bills, having been 0.Ked
by the proper committees.
H. C. Paddock vouchers & notice. 42.55
William Busse Jr. Stamps and Stat. 5.50
Mount Prospect Seal , Stamp & Stencil Wks. Typewriter 50.00
Northwestern Light and Power Co. 4,67

It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp seconded by trustee
Holste, that said bills be paid and the clerk be direoted to issue
warrants for sam.

Motion oarried ayes six nays none.
The chairmann of the Street and Sidewalk committee reported
that signs warning automobilist of their approaching a school house ,
dad been erreoted.
It wasAuly moved by trustee Haberkamp seconded by trustee
Busse that the Street and Sidewalk Committee be authorized and instructed
to have the Xo1 owing streets covered with washed gravel, and have all
other necessary road work done. Evergreen Ave. from Maple St. to Elm St.
the entire length of Wille St., Busse Ave from Main to Elm St., Emerson
Ave. from the residenoe of John W Pohlmann to Marion ST.
