The clerk called the rcil all trustees , except
trustee M.ler_'fel resrcnding present.
The minutes of the meeting of Nov. 6th were real .
and same were on rrotion made , seccnded and carried
accepted as read.
The treasurer's . report showing a balance cf t271.49
en hand was read.
Thereupon the clerk read the acceptance cf electric
fra i:so received by him on Ncv. 2E3th. 1917. , from the
Ncrtnwestern Light & Pcwer Ccmpany, and same was ordered
placed on file.
Thereupon trustee Haberkamp introduced an ordinance
regulating the mcving cf houses and buildings, providing
for permits and licenses therefcr , and fcr the raising or
removal of wires etc. , designated as ordinance N'c. 14.
which was read by the clerk.
It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp ,seccnded b y
trustee Seigel that said ordinance be accepted, approved
and published accrdinn' to law.

it was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp ,seccnded
by trustee Gosch that said bilis be paid and that the
clerk be directed to issue warrants fcr same.

The chairman of the Street, :x Sidewalk Committee
reported that a dank crossing had been installed across
Busse Ave. near Ctreet., and that there were several
bad holes in Elmhurst Ave. and Central Street, near the
intersection of said streets which needed filling.
The chairmann of the Health and Drainage committee
reported that he hkd the ditch at the end of sewer and
drain tile running notth in Last. ST. , Cleaned, and that
he had obtained the permission of Pipenbrink and Lr.
John Drewes tc do same.
On motion duly made, seconded, and carried,
meeting adjourned.
