Nov. 6th. 117.
The President called the meeting to order at E1.15 P. I.
The clerk called the roll all trustees except uerffel responding
present.
The minutes of the Oct. 2nd and Oct. 9th. were read and both were
on motion made, seconded and carried accepted as read.
The treasur -r's report showing a balance of x592.67 on hand was read.
The - 'clicwing bills having been u.t.ed by the proper committees
were read by the clerk.

It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp seconded by trustee Lusse
that said bills be paid and that the clerk be directed tc issue
warrants for same.

Thereupcn trustee Gosch intoduced the following resolution.
De it Resolved that a warrant be issued en the Judiciary Fund
for the sum of `"25.00 in favor of the State Bank cf Chicago, as
escrow Agent, being the contribution of this municipality to a
fund for the defence cf the proceeding brought by the Public
Service Ccmpany of Nothern Illinois , for the purpose of reducing
the Quality of gas; said fund tc be disbursed upon the order cf a
majority cf an auditing `'ommittee consisting of , Paul T. KLont ,
R. Clark and Ning Eley, representing , City of Blue Island, City
of Ottawa and Village cf Des Plaines, Illinois , respectively;
Anv unexpended balance of said fund to to returned to all cf said
contributors , pro rata at the termination of said proceeding.
It was duly moved by trustee Hat. erkarp seconded by trustee
Gcscbb that said resolution be addcptod.

Thereupon trustee Gosch introduced an ordinance authorizing the
Northwestern Light and Power Cpmpany , its Successors and Assigns too,
to construct, , operate and maintain an electric light and power
system in the villar,e cf ."cunt Prospect, IN Ccck County, Illinois.
which was road by the clerk.
it was duly moved by trusttee Gosch seconded by trusttee
Pohlmann that said ordinance be passed and apprcved.

It was therupon moved , seconded and carried that tr clerk
to directed to write a letter tc ir. Henry Glade of this village
that he must mcve his Barrage new part iLt11y on the street off cf said
street within five (5') days , and to notify hire cf crdinance now
in effect requiring the procurrinr of a permit tc rncve buildings on
public street.
On motion made seconded and carried meeting adjourned.
