HELD AT THE VILLAGE HALL OF SAID VILLAGE ON TIM tND DAY JULY, 10%. , . AT 8 P.M. President 3ieyn called the meeting to order, and upon the clerks c- fling the roll the following were round to be present: Trustees Greinke, Haberkamp, Harrington, , Hennix and Wille. After the clerk read the minutes of the previous meeting, a motion was made by Trustee Harrington and seconded by Trustee I:: Hennix that same be approved as read. The motion was carried by a vote of acclamation. The following Treasures report was placed before the beard members for their consideration: Bal on hand last report 893.59 Cook County Tread. D. Busse, Treas. It was moved. oy Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee grille that the above report oe placed on file: The motion carried oy a vote of acclamation. A motion was made by Trustee Hennix and seconded by I: Trustee Wille that the Special Assessment report be placed 3n,file: Motion was carried by a vote of acclamation. Trustee Hennix made a motion that the matter of the P Public Library be referred to the Public Grounds committee, this was seconded by Trustee Haberkamp, and passed by vete of acclamtion. . 1 It was move by Trustee Harrington and seconded by Trustee Greinke that $40O.00-le drawn against the Water Fund and be deposited in the MIUMEUZZIXZZKIK First Nat'l. Bank of Des Plaines for the P. W. A., project. The Clerk called the roll with the following vote: Ayes- Greinke, Haberkamp, Harringten, Hennix and Wille: Nay- None. The president declared the meti _ n carried. It was moved by Trustee Greinke and seconded by , TruRt abw TN..nnix that tha Rand al' William Allan. in th. amnimt- 8 $ZOQO.OQ and signed by Frank Baldwin and William Kruse as guars ere be accepted. The clerk called the roll with the f allasingg result: Aye Greinke, Hab erkamp,Harring tan, Henmix and Wille. Nay none. A motion was then made by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee Greinke that the Bond of Fred Wille as village Treasurer in the amount of 4100,Q00.00 with Albert. Mille, Henry Mensching and Sail C. Grimm as sweeties be accepted. Upon the call of the roll the following result was obtained: Ayes- Greinke, Haoerkamp, Harrington, Hennix and Wille. Nay none. It was moves by-Trustee Harrington and seconded by Trustee Haberkamp that the matter of -the old records of the 3 Village Treasurer, and their storage be referred to the Finance committee. Motion carried by vote of acclamation. 1 motion was made by Trustee Harrington and seconded by Trustee Hennix that the Mount Prospect State Bank be des - ignated as the official depository for the Village Treasurer. The *roll was called with the following result- Ayes Greinke Haberkamp. Harrington, Hennix and Ville. It was moved by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded oy Trustee Harrington that Mr $'Roderick assist Fred Wille, • inogetting started on the Treasurers books, •he to be compensated for same assistance. The roll was called and .the following Trustees voted Aye: Greinke, Haberkamp Harrington, Hennix and Wille. Nays- none.
