THE MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF TEE VILLAGE OF MOUNT
PROSPECT, ILLINOIS HELD ON THE
24TH, DAY OF JANUARY 1936.
The President called the meeting to order with the
following Trustees present: Greinke, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix
and Wille. Trustee Hass was absent.
It was moved by Trustee Harrington and seconded by
Trustee liennix that the resolution extending the tine of completion
en the waterworks, sane whioh is attached hereto, be passed.
I:: Said resolution was passee with the following Tote: Aye.: Greinke,
naberkamp, Barrington, Hennix and Wille. Nays none.
It was moved b Trustee nennix and seconded by Trustee
Haberkamp that the sum of •2000.04 be advanced to Me Keown Brothers
from the water fund. The motion was carried with the following
vote: Ayes: Greinke, Haberkanp, narrington, nennix and Wille.
Nays: None.
It was moved by Trustee Henri= and seconded by Trustee
00 Greinke that the sum of f225.00 4\ be paid to the attorney Hugo. J.
C Thall for services rendered.

W Harrington, "ennix and Wille. Nays none.
