MINUTES OF A REGULAR MTING
OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF VT
PROSPECT, ILLINOIS, HELD ON THE
1st, OF SEPTUBE1936. AT THE
VILLAGE HALL OF SAID VILLAGE.
President Meyn called the meeting to order and upon the
Clerk calling the rol the following Trustees responded as being
present: Greinke, Haas, Harrington and Hennix, Trustees Haberkamp
and Wille were absent.
The minutes of the previous meeting were then read, and
uron the motion of Trustee Hennix and second of Trustee Haas,
same were approved.
It was moved by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee
Harrington that the fol owing Treasurers ereport be accepted.
Motion carried.

It was moved by Trustee Greinke and seconded by Trustee
Harrington that the Special Assessment report be placeA on file.
Motion carried.
A motion was made by Trustee Haas. and seconded by Trustee
Greinke that the following bills be paid. The vote on said motio
was as follows: Ayes- Greinke, Haas, Harrington, Hennix. No - L ays

It was moved by Trustee Hazs and se -onded by Trustee
Greinke that a permit be issued to the Public service Co. to
repdir gas pipe at Wille St 175 north of Busse Ave. and that
pavement was to be replaced laced as found. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee
Hennix to reject all � a bids on trucks and readvertize for bids,
same to be opened October 6th, at 8 Oclock P.M. The vote on said
motion was as follows Ayes: Greinke. Haas, Harrington, Hrnnix.
Nays none.
There being no further business to come before said
meeting it was regularly moved and seconded that same be adjourne.
