OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MT.
PROSPECT. HELD ON THE 20th, of
OCTOBER 1936.
Pregrident Meyn called the me -Ming to order and upon
the clerk calling the roll the fol "'owing Trustees were
found to be present: Greinke, Haas, laberkamp, Harrington
x ennix and Wille.
This mettmgg was called 11 the petition of the taxpayers
and social organizations in the village for the prupose
of considering and furthering the project of a community
center to be finaced throught the channels of the W.P.A

administration.
It was move' by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee
Greinke that the board as a whole meet with a committee
consisting of one member from each organization in the
village to work out this program regarding the community
center and that the chairman of the finance committee get
a competant architect to help lay out the plans.
Motion on the above motion was as fol1owga- Greinke, Haas,
Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and Wille. Nays none.
There being no further business to come before said
meeting it was regularly moved and seconded to adjourn.
