THE MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF EVUNT
PROSPECT, ILLINOIS, HELD ON THE
EIGHT DAY OF DECEMBER 1936.
President Me;n called the meeting to order and upon
the clerk calling the roll the following trustees responded
present: Greinke, Haberkarnp, Harrington and linnix, Trustees
Haas and Wille were absent.
There being a quorum preset he President ordered the
meeting to proceed, and that the clerk read the minutes of the
previous meeting. The minutes of said meeting were read and
approved by a vote of acclamation.
A motion was made by Trustee Harrington and seconded
by Trustee Haberkamp that the following treasurers report be
accepted and placed on file. Motion was carried.

It was moved by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee
Harrington that the following resolution be passed: .

A motion was lade by Trustee Hennix and seconded by
Trustee Greinke that Mr Roderick be directed to incorporate
the charge of$ as per his letter of NOV. 27th, 1936.
Mot' n was carried.
A motion was made by Trustee Harrington and seconded by
Trustee Hennix that Milburn Brothers be hired to backfill on the
reservoir at the rate of $6.50 per hour. The Tote on that motion
was as fellows. Ayes: Greinke, Haberkamp, Harrington and Hennix.
Nays: None.
There being no further business to come before said
Betting it was regularly moved and seconded and passed that same
be adjourned.
