of the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of
Mt Prospect, Illinois, held on
the 5th, day of January 1937.
Presiden Meyn called the meeting to order and upon the
clerk calling the roll the following Trustees were found to
be p-'esent: Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and Wille.
Trustee Greinke was absent.
The r.lerk read the minuets of the D•ember meeting and
upon the motirm of Trustee Hennix and second of Trustee Harr-
ington same were accepted as read.
It was Moved by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee
Hennix that the following treasurers report be accepted. The
motion was carried bar a vote of acclamation.

That the report on the special assesments be placed on file. Motion
carried.
Upon the motion of Trustee Haas and second of Trustee Haberkamp
the following bills were approved for payment upon the following
vote. Ayes: Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington. hennix and Wille.

A motion was made by Trustee Harrington and seconded by Trustee
Haas to have the Village Clerk write the drainage board a letter
requesting them to repair the sewers where ever needed before
spring thaw began. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee
Haas, to have a light enstalled at the corner of Evergreen and
Wapella. Motion was carried.
It was moved by Trustee Haberkamp and se onded by Trustee nennix
to have the clerk write the secretary of state a letter requesting
a license record book for the use of the police dept. Motion
carried.
It was moved by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee u
to reimburse Frank L. Tuttle for Srecial Asses 6th, installmgnt
Spec, #12, and 5th install -ment Spec. #29 on a -count of he having
paid said specials twice. The vote was carried with the following
vote. Ayes: Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, nennix and Wille. No nays.
There being no further business to come before said meeting same
