President JLeyn called the meeting to order and upon the Clerk calling the roll the following Trustees were found to be present: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and Wille. The minutes of the January meeting were read and approved upon the motion of Trustee Haberkamp and seconde of Trustee Wille. Motion was carried. A motion was made b'» Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee Rrbinke' pay laborers at the rate of 50% per ]your starting February 1st, 1937. The motion was carried with the following vote: Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, harrington, Hennix and Wille. No nays. The following bills were presented for payment, and upon the motion of trustee Hass and second of Trustee Hennix said bills were approved with the following vote. T. Wolf that the board would be unable to to a coal yard on , erect grant him a permit +1„,,,, 1.1.^-+1,—,+ ti,; .z,�.,,. ,. +;,. a .i 67 A notion was mad by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee Haas to have Chief Mulso return the $10.00 Henry Senne deposited with the Village Clerk as part payment on a business license. The notion was padded with the following vote Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Haberkanp. Harrington. Hennix and Wille, Nays none. It was rnoved by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee Harrington to allow a 50% deduction in the business licenses in the village provided same were paid by June 1st, 1937. the notion 1 carried with the following result: Ayes: Greinke , Haas Haberkamp, Harrington Hennix and .111e. No Lays. motion was r.ade by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee Haas to rebate the sum of $12.50 to the Sinclair Oil Corpany as an overpayrent of license for Ivay 1st 1937 to April 30th, 1938. The roti-n was carried by he folllwing vote: Ayes: Greilike. Haas, Haberkarp, Harringtc.sn, Hennix and Wille. Nays none. It was moved b- Trustee Haas and seconded by Trust; -- Hennix taht an ordinance providing for the Inspection and ' Licensing of vehicles and food stuffs be passed. Same was passed with the following vote: Ayes: Itreinke, Haas, Haberkamp. Harrington, Hennix and. Wille. Nays none. A notion was rad by Trustee Greinke and seconded by Trustee Haberkamp to place the Special Assessment report on file. Motion carried. It was novec' by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee Greinke that we purchase Tuhein traffin signal with hand control and cabinet "C" for the sum of $165.50 complete. The notion was carried with the following vote. Ayes. Greinke Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and Wille Nays none. Ther being no further business to cone before said nee ting it was moved by Trustee Haberkanp and seconded br Trustee that same be adjourned. Motion carried.
