HomeMy WebLinkAbout03/02/1937 VB minutes 69 MINUETS OF A REGULAR YEETING OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEE'S OF THE VILLAGE OF YT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS HELD ON SECOND DAY OF MARCH 1937, IN THE VILLAGE HALL OF SAID VILLAGE. President Veyn called the meeting to order and upon the clerk calling the roll the following trustees were found to be present: Messers: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Ha-rington, Hennix and Willa. The minuets of the February meting were approTed upon the motion of Trustee Hennix and second of Trustee Greinke. The following treasurers report was approTed upon the notion of Trustee Greinke and second of Trustee Haas. It was moved by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee Greinke to draw a voucher in the amount of $4.00 payable to Fred Wille to cover shortage in the Special Assessment report. The notion was carried with the following vote: Ayes Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and Wills. No nays . A nmotiba was made by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee Greinke to pay the following bills: The motion was carried by the following vote: Ayes: Greinke, Hass, Haberkamp, 3 Harrington, Hennix and Wills. The motion was carried with the following vote Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, harrington, Hennix and Wille. Nays None. It was moved by Trustee Haberkarp and seconded by Trustee Harrington that az ordinance providing for the withdrawal by the County Treasurer of property at the sale 0 X of delinquent special assessments levied by the village of v\ Mt Prospect, Ill, where no bidder for such property appears � + at such sale. The motion was carried with the following vote. Ayes: Greinke, Hass, Haberkarp, Harrin ton, Hennix and Wills. No Nays. A motion was made by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee Haberkamp ordering the clerk to call an election April 20th, 1937 for the purpose of electing the following officers for the • Tillage. One. rresident, Six Trustees bins Clerk and a police r'agistrate. and that the clerk post notices of said election. The motion w- s carried with the following vote Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and Wills No Nays. There being no other business to come before said meeting it was r- gularly moved and seconded that same be adjourned. &
