HomeMy WebLinkAbout04/20/1937 VB minutes ;5 MINUTES OF AN ADJOU'INED YEETING OF THE PRESIDENT & BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MT PROSPECT ILLINOIS, HELD ON THE 20TH OF APRIL 1937. President Meyn called the meeting to order and upon the clerk calling the roll the following trustees responded present; Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and Wille. It was moved by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee Greinke that the result of the Tote be canvassed. Motion was ir carried. The result of said canvass showed the following: Inge E. A motion was made bytrustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee Greinke that $1.00 diseount be allowed on dog licenses if Iurchased. before June 1st. The motion was passer with the following vote: Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington Hennix and Wille. The motion was carried with the foliowingote: Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington Hennix and Wills. No nays. A motion was made by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee Greinke that a resolution to widen the Northwest Highway be passed sane to be paid for out of the motor Fuel tax funds which amount to $37 The motion was passed with the following vote: Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and Wille. No Nays. It was :Toyed by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee Hennix to more the fire hydrant from the driveway of I. B. Pendleton..: The motion was carried with the foll wing Tote. Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and Wille. There being no furth,r business to come before said meeting it was regularly moved and seconded that same be adjourned. i f
