PROSPECT, ILLINOIS The meeting was called to order by President Besander and the roll Wa1lcs3►3edead by the Clerk it was found that the following fi were present: Greinke, Haas, Haber - kamp, Hennix, and Willer It was moved by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee Haberkamp that the bids for water pump be opened. Motion carried. Bids were as follows: 1 Stannard Power Equipment Co. Pomona pump $1868.00 Busse- Bierman Co. Deming pump $1598.00 Henry Boysen,Jr. Boyson $1525.98 It was moved by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee Greinke that the bids be referred to the Water Committee for their reconsideration. Reports were to be made at the next pAp7)meeting. Motion carried. It was moved by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee Hennix that the village purchase the Pontiac police car for $560.0 including lettering. Motion carried. It was moved by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee Greinke that approval be given to the V.F.W. to sell fire W rks in village from July 1 to July 4. Motion carried. It was moved by Trustee 17 arrington and seconded by Trustee Haas that permission be given to builders that plywood could be used for sheeting on the Lacey home. Motion carried. It was moved by Greinke and seconded by Trustee Haas that the meeting be adjourned to June 22, 1937. Motion carried.
