MINUTES OF AN ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE
PRESIDENT AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF MT.PROSPECT? ILLINOIS ON
JUNE 22, 1937.
Meeting was called to order by President Besander and
the roll was called by the clerk. The following Trustees
were found to be present: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harring-
ton, Hennix,. and Wille.
It was moved by Haberkamp that the village sublease Lionfs
Park from the Lions Club and Maintain it.
Motion died for want of second.
It was moved by Trustee Harrington and seconded by Trustee
Haas that the leasing of Lions Park be tabled. Motion carried.
Motion made by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee
Wille that a temporary permit be issued to Bert Bouterse to
move State Police Station from Des Plained to Mt. Prospect,
on N. W. Highway between Albert St. and George St. Permit is
to be for two years. Motion carried.,`
DO It was moved by Trustee Greinke and seconded by Trustee
DO Hennix that the Busse Motor Sales be paid $560.00 for $ontiac
police car. Motion carried. 1\

It was moved by Trustee Hennix and seconded Trustee
Harrington that the village buy the Pomona pump .a k was -elso
Vad that the checks be returned to unsuccessful bidders.
Those voting aye: Haas, Harrington, Hennix. Mayes, Greinke,
Haberkamp, and Ville. Mr. President voting aye.
Motion to adjourn was made by Trustee Hennix and seconded
by Trustee Greinke:thMotion was carried.
