Gentlemen: By virtue of authority conferred upon me by ordinance I W hereby appoint Fred G. Wille to fulfill the duties ofthe following offices: 1°, Water Rates collector ' Treasurer of Village of Mt. Prospect, Ill: Both above offices to take affect at once. Village Collector This office to take affect August lst, 1937 at which time the present collector will have turned in the delinquents. The undersigned respectfully asks your concurrence therein.
