AT 'THE VILLAGE HALL. President Besander °ailed the meeting to order and upon the clerk calling the roll the following trustees were found to be presents Greinke Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington Hennix and Wille. The minutes of the July meeting were approved as read upon the motion of Trustee Maberkamp and second of Trustee Greinke. The following report of the Village Treasurer was accepted upon the - motion of Trustee Haas and second of Trustee Hennix. Busse e. 75.00t\ 1 It was 101 It was moved by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee Hennix that the bids on tractor be opened. Notion was carried. A motion was made by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee Harrington to refer the bids on tractor to the street committee for recomendatiof to the entire Village board, with power to act. The vote on said motion was as follows: Ayes Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix andWille. No nays It was moved by Trustee Hass and seconded by Trustee Hennix that an ordinance providing for the levying and asses- ments of taxes for the current fiscal year of the Village of I Mt Prospect, 111. commencing May let and ending April 30th, 1938 be passed. The ordinance was passed with the following votes Ayes. Greinke, Haag, Haberkamp, Harrington Hennix and Wille. No Nays. A motion was made by Trustee Hass and seconded by Trustee Hennix to give the Public Service company permission to lay gas pipe in various locations as shown - in their request. The motion was carried. It was moved - by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee Greinke thatvon'oid new dogs if`lioense is purchased within 30 pp days these should be available at $1.00,hnd in the ease of lost tags in a new one shall be issued ' fear . 290. The vote on said motion was as foilewss'Ayes. Greinke, Haberkamp Haas, Harrington Hennix and Wille. No nays. A motion was made by Trustee Baberkamp and seconded by Trustee Hennix to refer the street signs to the Street comai for investigation Notion was carried. It was moved by Trnsttee Hennix and seconded by Trustee Greinke to issue-Mr Kindler licenses on 2 gas pumps at 500 t� reducIsien. The mete was as follow n.; Ayeai Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp harrgton, Hennix and Wino* No nays. A motion was made by Harringt on and seconded by Trustee Wills to start suit to recover damages incurred in accident with firs Tuttle* Motion was carried. There being no further business to come before said meeting it was moved by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee Hennix that same be adjourned. Motion carried.
