MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING S,
OF THE PRESIDENT & BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGH OP MT. PRO
PROSPECT, ILL. HELD ON THE
1ST DAY OF MARCH 1938. at 8
. P.M. AT THE VILLAGE HALL.
President Hesander called the meeting to order and upon
the clerk calling the roll the following Trustees were found to
be present: }dossers Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix
and 'wine. None absent.
The minutes of the February meeting were approved as read,
C upon a motion made by Trustee Haas and seoondee by Trustee Hennix.
It was moved by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee
Greinke that the following Treasurers report be placed on file.
The motion was carried.

It was moved by Trustee Greinke and seoonded by Trustee
Haas to place the Special Assessment report on file. The motion
was carried.
A motion was made by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee
Harrington to pay the following bills. The motion was passed with
the following votes Ayes Greinke, Haaa, Haberkamp Harrington,
Hennix and Will*. No nays.

It was moved by Trustee Herrington and seconded by
Trustee Haas to accept the proposition of James F. Boyland
to issue the bonds on the Highway Lighting project. The motion
was carried with the following vote Ayes: Greinke,' Haas, Haberkamp,
Barrington. Hennix and Willa. No. Nays.
A motion was made by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by
Trustee Hennix designating Busse Ave. between the Northweit
Highway and Main street as an arterial Highway. The motion was
carried with the following vote Ayes: Greinke, Haag, Haberkamp,.
Harrington, Hennix and Willa. Be nays.
It was moved by Trustee Hennix and seconded by trustee
Haberkamp to accept the petition of the property owners en George
and Albert street to install a 18ft pavement with flinch water
bound Macadam base and one tnoh cold mix asphalt top for a WPA
project. The motion was oarried with the following vote,Ayes:
Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and Wills. No nays.
A motion was made by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee
Hennix to t ansfer *2000.00 from the Special fund to the General
fund. The motion was oarried with the following vote Aysas Greinke
Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and will.. No nays.
There being no further business to come before said
meetign it was regularly moved and seconded and passed that same
be adjourned.
