Prospect, Illinois, held to the ?th, fit June 1938, at the Village Hall at 8 ecleck P.M. President Besander called the meeting to order and upon the roll call the following Trustees were found to be pre- sents Trustees Greinke Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, nennix and Wills. q Due is the illness of the Village clerk Edwin Busse President Besander appointed Fred Will* is act as temporary clerk. It was moved by Trustee Hgberkamp and seconded by Trustee Greinke that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as read. Said ordinate was adapted with the following vete, Aysss Greinke. ass, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and Ville. Ho nays. • I 11" - '1 • 139 A motion was made by trustee Harrington and eacsndecby Trustee Haberkamp authorizing the Village attorney to consent is disconnect the R 20 acres of the SW * of the S.W. 4 of section 12 from the Village in a suit new pending in the County court entitled John Jr. Moehling Res Village of Mt Prospect Illinois, Case No. 86952. Said motion was passed with the fsllowng vote Ayes: Greinke, Hass, Haberkamp, Harrington hennix and Wille. N. nays. It was moved by Trustee Harrington and seconded by Trustee Haberkamp that two duplicate bonds be issued en Special assessment #20 namely Bond #20 aeries B for $500.00 and Bend #21 series B for $500.00. for which a lest instrument bend issued by the National Security corporation of New York has been placed on file with the Village clerk given by the trustees of the Segregated Trust of the Bank of Sun Pratie Wisconsin bonds to specifoed as duplicates. The vote of this motion was as fellows, Ayes: Grsinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and 4 ille. Ns nays. It was moved by Trustee Grsinks and seconded by Trustee Hennix to purchase a Tsdd proteetograph checkwritsr for the sum of $47.50 1,The vote was as follows Ayes: Grsinke. Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, 4 ennix and Wills. Be nays. q' A motion was made by Trustee Haas and ascended by Trustee 00 Hennix to hire Lybrand Ross Brothers, Montgomery certified Public Accountants is make a complete audit an the Village special asses - W went records for a maximum amount of $750.00 as per letter from Lybrani Ross Bros Montgomery. The vets was as follows: Ayes; Grt nke. Haas haberkamp, Barrington Hanniz and Wills. Na nays. It was moved by Trustee Harrington and seconded by Truste4V4 Haberkamp that the Mt Prospect building cede of 1938 be passed. t iny The motion was passed with the following vote Ayes: Grsinke, Baas ;,Y Haberkamp, Harrington, a ennix and Wills. 8e nays p / iff It was moved by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee Grsinke to have A. L. Roderick make the village audit for the fiscal year ending April 30th 1938 for the sum of $225.00•The motion was passed with the following vets Ayess Greinks, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Bennix and Willa. Ba mays. Timer being no further business to come before said meeting it was regularly moved ecsnded and passed that same be adjourned. ��
