MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
OF THE PRESIDENT & BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MT
PROSPECT ILLINOIS HELD ON THE
5TH DAY OF JULY 1938, AT THE
VILLAGE HALL.
Due to the absence of President Besander, Trustee
Harrington appointed Fred G.'Wille to act as temporary
clerk on account of the illness of the regular clerk •
The meeting was called to order by Trustee Harrington
a nd the following; trustees responded present upon the call
of the roll, Trustees, Harrington and Haberkamp.
As their was no quorum present the meeting was post-

poned until Tuesday July 12th at 8 :00 oclock P.M.
