HomeMy WebLinkAbout09/06/1938 VB minutes 149 MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE PRESIDENT & BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MT PROSPECT ILLINOIS, HELD ON THE 6TH OF SEPTENBER 1938. President Besander called the meeting to order and upon the Clerk calling the roll the following Trul4eee were found to be present. Trustees: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Aennix and Wiile. The minutes of the August meeting were approved on a motion made by Trustee Haberliamp and second of Trustee Harri$ Harrington. The following treasurers report was accepted on a m motion made by Trustee Greinke and second of Trustee Barrington General Fund: Bal on hand last report 2104.40 Receipts 1593.21 3697.61 00 Disbursements 1518.72 2178.89 — W Vehicle Tax and Road & Bridge Tax: Bal on hand last report 541.99 A ece ipts 138.39 680.38 Disbursements 301.00 379.38 'biter Extension Fund: Bal. on hand last report 157.41 Ito receipts or disb. Old Water Fund: Bal on hand last report 1141.35 No receipts or disb. It was moved by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee Greinke to place the Special Assessment report on file. The motion carried. A motion was made by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee Greinke to pay the following bills. The motion was carried with the following vote. Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp Harrington, a ennix and Wille no nays. A motion was made by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee Greinke to order # 3 Vehicle licenses for 1939. The motion was carried with the following vote. Ayes Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, : ennix and Nille. No nays. It was moved by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee Haberkamp to give the committee full power to act on a reconditioned motor for the Ford Truek. The motion was carried with the following vote. Ayes Greinke, Hass Haberkamp, Harrington -ennix and Wille. no nays. There being no further business to come before said meeting it was regularly moved seconded and paced to adjourn. [I
