MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
OF THE PRESIDENT & BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MT
PROSPECT ILLINOIS, HELD ON
THE 6TH OF SEPTENBER 1938.
President Besander called the meeting to order and
upon the Clerk calling the roll the following Trul4eee were
found to be present. Trustees: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp,
Harrington, Aennix and Wiile.
The minutes of the August meeting were approved on
a motion made by Trustee Haberliamp and second of Trustee Harri$
Harrington.
The following treasurers report was accepted on a m
motion made by Trustee Greinke and second of Trustee Barrington
General Fund:

It was moved by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded
by Trustee Greinke to place the Special Assessment report on
file. The motion carried.
A motion was made by Trustee Hennix and seconded
by Trustee Greinke to pay the following bills. The motion was
carried with the following vote. Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp
Harrington, a ennix and Wille no nays.

It was molted by Trustee Harrington and seconded
by Trustee Hennix to ±uzzxavc have the police department
issue an arrest slip for the Vogler Sahillo Co. 1670 Elston
Ave. Cgieago and the Cooperative Assn of South Ho:.11and for
nuisance on waste etc. The motiob was carried.
A motion was made by Trustee Hennix and seconded
by Trustee Greinke to order # 3 Vehicle licenses for 1939.
The motion was carried with the following vote. Ayes Greinke,
Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, : ennix and Nille. No nays.
It was moved by Trustee Hennix and seconded by
Trustee Haberkamp to give the committee full power to act on
a reconditioned motor for the Ford Truek. The motion was
carried with the following vote. Ayes Greinke, Hass Haberkamp,
Harrington -ennix and Wille. no nays.
There being no further business to come before said
meeting it was regularly moved seconded and paced to adjourn.
