President Besander called the meeting to order and upon the clerk calling the roll, the following trustees were found to be present: Trustees Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, nennix and Wille. E The minutes of the previous meeting were read and a pproved on a motion made by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee Haas. A motion was made by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee Hennix to pay the following bills. Trustee Haas, designating the Mt Prospect state Bank and the ' First Nat'l. -dank of Chicago as depositories for the funds . -o& „ the village . P g S . A motion was made by Trustee Haas and sedended by Trustee Hennix to deny Pp the application of Mr. E.-T. Wolf to build a coal yard on the Northwesterns right of way because it is contrary to section 15, of the residence zoning ordinance and also against the wishes of the residents in this neighbor- hood who have petitioned against this building. The request was denied with the following vote, Against allowing the permit Trustees Greinke, Auras, Haberkamp, Harrington, 4ennix and Wills. It was moved by Trustee Haas and ascended by Trustee Greinke, that the attorney write the Chicago Tribune that here- after Prospect be advertize d , a1. sue': and not as Mt Prospect. The motion was serried -. A motion was made by Trustee ' and seconded by Trustee Wille. that the attorney write Goldberg and the Eagle - Construction'Co. regarding the unfinished buildings in the village. Motion carried. It was moved by Trustee Greinke and seconded by Trustee Wills to have Wm Mulso, Bldg. Comm. tontact they, trustees regarding the unfinished foundation' on Nrth Wapella St. Motion was carried.
