MINUTES OF A SPECIAL METING
OF THE PRESIDEN AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MT
PROSPECT ILLINOIS, HELD ON
DECEMBER 19th, 1938.
President Besauder called the meeting to order and upon
the clerk calling the roll the following Trustees were found to
be present, Trustees (reinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington,, nennix
and
It was moved by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee
Harrington to charge Harold E. Willson $1.10 per front foot on
Togo Trail, as per the engineers estimate at the prevaiking price
to connect on to the water mains, for lot one and two and the east
half of lot three. Lot E of lot 18 of Northwest Hills Country club
subdivision.
The moti--_rn was passed. by the following vote, Ayes: Greinke,
Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, 4 ennix and WflIe. No nays.
Thre being no further business to come before said meeting
it was regularly moved, seconded and passed to adjourn.
