OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTERS OF THE VILLAGE OF MT /' o
PROPSCET ILLINOIS HELD ON THE
18TH DAY OF APRIL 1939.
President Besander called the meeting to order and upon the clerk
calling the roll the following trustees were found to be present -
Trustees Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and Wille. Trustee Greinke
was absent.
It was moved by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Tristee Haas that
the Board canvass the vote cast. The motion was carried.
C The vote on the Bond issue was as follows:
For 307
Against 112
Total Cast 427
A motion was made by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee Haas
that the bond issue be declared carried. The vote was as f oliws Ayes:
Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and Wile. No nays.
The vote for trustees was as followes

It was moved by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee Wille that
Binkley, Haberkamp and Mortimer be declared the duly elected trustees.
The vote on said motion was as follows Ayes: Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington,
Hennis and Ville. No nays.
It was moved by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee Haas that
the following bills be paid. The vote was Ayes; Haas, Haberkamp,
Harrington, ennix and Wille. No nays.

' It was moved by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee Wille
1 to rec, n•, the motion passed the April 4th meeting approving payment
of $712e: to Nillert Beer until the finance committee made further in-
vestigation. The vote was Ayes: Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix
and Wille. No Nays.
It was moved by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee Harrington
to change the name of Hill Street to Memory Lane as per a petition
of property owners on, said stssbt. Tbe vote was Ayes: Haas, Haberkamp,
Har`tington, Hennix and Wilie. No Nays.
A motion was made by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee
Hennix to buy a wrench set for $10.00 from R. F. Huecker. -The vote was

It was moved by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee Haas to

There being no further business to come before said meeting
it was regular;y moved seconded and passed to adjourn.
