OF THE PRESIDENT & BOARD OF N"
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT, ILL. HELD ON
AUGUST 1ST 1939. AT THE VILLAGE
HALL OF SAID VILLAGE.
President Besander called the meeting to order and upon the
Clerk calling the roll the following trustees were found to be pre -
sent- Trustees Binkley, Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Mortimer and "Mlle.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved on
a motion mad by Trustee Haberkamp seconded by Trustee Tille.
The following report of the treasurer was apporvea on a motion
made by Trustee Greinke seconded b, Trustee Binkley.

The Special assessment report was approved on a motion made by
Trustee Haberkamp seconded by Trustee Greinke.
"It was moved "by Trustee Haas And seconded by Trustee Wille that
t e following bulls be paid.The motion was carried with the following
vote. Ayes: Binkley, Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Mortimer and Wille. No
nays.

It was moved by Trustee Mortimer and seconded by Trustee
Binkley that the chairman of the Judiciary committee contact the High
School Board to see if they would join the Village and the Public
ir School board in paying $33.33 each in making a survey of delinquent
taxes. The motion was carried with the following vote. Ayes: Binkley
Jreinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Mortimer and Wille.
21\ L motion was made by Trustee Haas abd seconded by Trustee
Mortimer to pay James Jau and Charles Seidler $25. 00 per week beginniqg
July 31st with two weeks vacation when the job is completed. The motion
was carried with the following vote, Ayes: Binkley, Greinke, Haas, Nizzit
Haberkamp, Mortimer and Wille. No nays.

There being no further business to come before siad metting same
was adjourned on a motion made by TrusteeHaberkamp seconded by Trustee
Greinke.
