MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF r/
THE PRESIDENT & BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MT PROSPECT ILL.
HELD OM SEPTEMBER 5TH, 1939.
President Besander ealled the meeting to order and upon
the clerk calling the roll the following tru3tees were found to be
present, Trustees: Binkley, Greinke; - Haas, Haberkamp, Mortimer and
1f11e.
10 The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read
on a motion made - by Trustee Haberkamp which was seconded by Trustee
Ville.
After considerable discussion the following were designated
to act as the building oommitteeen a motion made by Trustee Haber -
kamp which was seconded by Trustee Binkley. The motion was carried ?

There being no further business to come before this
