KENSINGTON ROAD (Exhibit A) This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit for the construction of a circular driveway. The Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended approvat by a vote of 3-1. B. The Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended approval by a vote of 4-0. F. ZBA 16-01 1006 W. Isabetla Street, Residence Is` reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1006 WEST ISABELLA STREET Exhibit F) This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit for a circular driveway. The Zoning Board voted 4-0 to deny the request.
