HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 33-01 06/05/2001 VWL 5/24/01 RESOLUTION NO. 33-01 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 10 S. ELM STREET, SCHWARZBECK RESUBDIVISION WHEREAS, the Petitioners, Michael & Joan Schwarzbeck, have requested approval of a Final Plat of Subdivision for the purpose of consolidating two lots of record into a single lot of record; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the subdivision. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION ONE: That a consolidation of two lots into a single lot of record is hereby granted for the property at 10 S. Elm Street and the Final Plat of Subdivision attached to this Resolution as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved for appropriate execution and recording. Such Plat and its legal description are incorporated into, and made a part of, this Resolution. SECTION TWO: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
