CLOSED SESSION
SEPTEMBER 16, 2008
The meeting was convened at 9:00 p.m., in the third floor Executive Conference Room of
Village Hall, 50 South Emerson, by Mayor lrvana Wilks. Those present at the Closed Session
were: Trustees John Korn, Paul Hoefert, Arlene Juracek, Steven Polit and Michael Zadel. Staff
present included Village Manager Michael Janonis and Assistant Village Manager David Strahl.
Personnel Discussion
m There was a discussion regarding a possible Trustee replacement for Trustee Corcoran.
John Matuszak entered the meeting at 9:10 p.m. and left the meeting at 9:33 p.m. after a
Es discussion with the Village Board members.
Motion made at 9:35 p.m. by Trustee Zadel seconded by Trustee Polit to adjourn the meeting
and move into Open Session. There was a brief discussion regarding honorary street naming
process and the meeting was adjourned at 9:41 p.m.
