CLOSED SESSION
SEPTEMBER 9, 2008
The meeting was convened at 8:18 p.m., in the third floor Executive Conference Room of
Village Hall, 50 South Emerson, by Mayor lrvana Wilks. Those present at the Closed Session
were: Trustees John Korn, Paul Hoefert, Arlene Juracek, Steven Polit and Michael Zadel. Staff
present included Village Manager Michael Janonis and Assistant Village Manager David Strahl.
Personnel Discussion
Mayor Wilks provided an update to the Village Board regarding her discussions with possible
= replacements for Trustee Corcoran.
There was no further discussion in Closed Session. Meeting moved into Open Session at 8:37
fEE p.m. and was immediately adjourned.
