CLOSED SESSION
AUGUST 5, 2008
The meeting was convened at 9:25 p.m., in the third floor Executive Conference Room
of Village Hall, 50 South Emerson, by Mayor lrvana Wilks. Those present at the Closed
Session were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, John Korn, Arlene Juracek,
Steven Polit and Michael Zadel. Staff present included Village Manager Michael Janonis
and Assistant Village Manager David Strahl.
Land Acquisition Discussion
j Vlllage Manager Michael Janonis provided an update to the Village Board regarding
'the acquisition of the Meeske property and the research staff has undertaken regarding
!the rightful owners of the property. He also provided an update regarding the Levee 37
property acquisition and the details of how the transfer would be undertaken with
E SWANCC.

Trustee Corcoran stated he intends to file his resignation letter in the very near future.
