CLOSED SESSION
JULY 8, 2008
The meeting was convened at 9:37 p.m., in the third floor Executive Conference Room
of Village Hall, 50 South Emerson, by Mayor Irvana Wilks. Those present at the Closed
Session were: Trustees John Korn, Arlene Juracek, and Michael Zadel. Staff present
included Village Manager Michael Janonis and Assistant Village Manager David Strahl.
Personnel Discussion

Mayor Wilks provided an update to the Trustees regarding her discussions for Trustee
replacement and the timing of the appointment before the Village Board.
Meeting adjourned at 9:48 p.m.
