CLOSED SESSION
JUNE 24, 2008
The meeting was convened at 9:05 p.m., in the third floor Executive Conference Room
of Village Hall, 50 South Emerson, by Mayor Irvana Wilks. Those present at the Closed
Session were: Trustees John Korn, Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, Arlene Juracek,
and Michael Zadel. Also present was Village Manager Michael Janonis and Assistant
Village Manager David Strahl.
