CLOSED SESSION
JUNE 3, 2008
The meeting was convened at 8:00 p.m., in the third floor Executive Conference Room
of Village Hall, 50 South Emerson, by Mayor lrvana Wilks. Those present at the Closed
Session were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, John Korn, Paul Hoefert, Arlene Juracek,
and Michael Zadel. Staff present included Village Manager Michael Janonis and
Assistant Village Manager David Strahl,
Land Acquisition Discussion
Manager Michael Janonis provided an update regarding the three party lease for the
new Fire Station property and a joint meeting between the various Boards is scheduled
for June 26 at the River Trails Middle School.

Village Manager Michael Janonis provided an update regarding the status of
appraisals for the land necessary from SWANCC and the Cook County Forest Preserve
for the construction of the Levee.

Village Manager Michael Janonis stated Village staff is waiting on a trust agreement
prior to closing on the property.
