CLOSED SESSION
MAY 13, 2008
The meeting was convened at 9:53 p.m., in the third floor Executive Conference Room
of Village Hall, 50 South Emerson, by Mayor lrvana Wilks. Those present at the Closed
Session were: Trustees John Korn, Paul Hoefert, Arlene Juracek, Richard Lohrstorfer,
and Michael Zadel. Staff present included Village Manager Michael Janonis and
Assistant Village Manager David StrahL
Land Acquisition Discussion
Manager Michael Janonis stated the Village has come to a tentative agreement on the
J'i leases for the new Fire Station property with the River Trails Park District and School
District 26. He is in the process of setting up a joint meeting with the various Boards to
obtain final agreement and approval.
