CLOSED SESSION
MARCH 18, 2008
The meeting was convened at 8:13 p.m., in the third floor Executive Conference Room
of Village Hall, 50 South Emerson, by Mayor Irvana Wilks. Those present at the Closed
Session were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, Arlene Juracek, John Korn,
Richard Lohrstorfer and Michael Zadel. Staff present included Assistant Village
Manager David Strahl. The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss Personnel,
Land Acquisition and Litigation.
PERSONNEL DISCUSSION

V 'i Assistant Manager David Strahl provided an update to the Village Board regarding
the status of the Public Works meeting negotiations and outlined the total compensation
cost package relating to the proposed contract.
