CLOSED SESSION
MARCH 4, 2008
The meeting was convened at 9:52 p.m., in the third floor Executive Conference Room
of Village Hall, 50 South Emerson, by Mayor lrvana Wilks. Those present at the Closed
Session were: Trustees Paul Hoefert, Arlene Juracek, John Korn, Richard Lohrstorfer
and Michael Zadel. Staff present included Village Manager Michael Janonis and
Assistant Village Manager David Strahl. The purpose of the Closed Session was to
discuss Land Acquisition and Personnel.

PERSONNEL DISCUSSION
Assistant Manager David Strahl provided an update to the Village Board regarding
the Police Sergeant Contract proposal and the tentative agreement regarding the
contract.
N Meeting adjourned at 10:02 p.m.; moved into Open Session and immediately adjourned
at 10:03 p.m. with no further business to discuss.
