MINUTES
CLOSED SESSION
FEBRUARY 12, 2008
The meeting was convened at 10:47 p.m., in the third floor Executive Conference Room of
Village Hall, 50 South Emerson, by Mayor Irvana Wilks. Those present at the Closed Session
were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, Arlene Juracek and John Korn. Staff present
included Village Manager Michael Janonis, Assistant Village Manager David Strahl and Village
Attorney Everette Hill. The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss Land Acquisition and
Personnel.

Personnel Discussion
Assistant Village Manager David Strahl provided an update to the Village Board members
regarding a recent employee termination for theft. The employee was caught stealing two bags
cL of salt and was immediately terminated.
