CLOSED SESSION
January 15, 2008
The meeting was convened at 9:26 p.m., in the third floor Executive Conference Room of
Village Hall, 50 South Emerson, by Mayor Irvana Wilks. Those present at the Closed Session
were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, Arlene Juracek, John Korn, and Michael Zadel.
Trustee Richard Lohrstorfer was absent. Staff present included Village Manager Michael
Janonis, Assistant Village Manager David Strahl and Community Development Director William
Cooney. Other persons invited to participate in the discussion were John Heimbaugh of
Heimbaugh Development and Mike Fitzgerald, John Loutch and Cal Noman of OKW
la Architectural Firm. They participated in the meeting until 10:40 p.m.

,3 Assistant Manager David Strahl provided an update regarding the Union negotiations to date
including and update regarding Fire Fighter negotiations and the Public Works negotiations.

Meeting adjourned at 10:56 p.m.; moved into Open Session at that time and immediately
r adjourned at 10:57 p.m. since there was no further business.
