CLOSED SESSION
November 20, 2007
The meeting was convened at 9:00 p.m., in the third floor Executive Conference Room of
Village Hall, 50 South Emerson, by Mayor Pro -Tem Richard Lohrstorfer. Those present at the
Closed Session were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Arlene Juracek, John Kom, Paul Hoefert and
Michael Za David Staff Strahl and Finance a included
Village Manager Michael
Erb. The purpose of the Closed Village

to discuss Personnel.
Personnel Discussion
1 Village Manager Michael Janonis provided a summary of his request to appoint Special Legal
= LF Counsel for Workers Compensation representation. He provided background information
o regarding the proposed counsel.
Consensus of the Village Board was to support the appointment.
Meeting adjourned at 9:09 p.m.
