CLOSED SESSION

The meeting was convened at 9:18 p.m., in the third floor Executive Conference Room of
Village Hall, 50 South Emerson, by Mayor Irvana Wilks. Those present at the Closed Session
were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Arlene Juracek, John Korn and Richard Lohrstorfer. Staff
present included Village Manager Michael
