CLOSED SESSION
August 21, 2007
meeting was convened at 9:03 p.m., in the third floor Executive Conference Room of
Village 9 Mayor Irvana Wilks. Those present at the Closed Session
Village Hall, 50 South Emerson, by

were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, Arlene Juracek, John Korn,
and
Michael Zadel. Staff present included Village Manager Michael Janonis and Assistant
Village Manager David Strahl. Motion made by Trustee Juracek, seconded by Trustee Zadel to
move
into. Closed Session. The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss Land Acquisition
and Personnel.

Mayor Wilks provided a summary
57 appointments and reappointments. She stated she is considering p ossible consolidation and
i rotation of members between Commissions and wanted to offer her insight to the Village Board
members and ask for their input.
