CLOSED SESSION
June 5, 2007
The meeting was convened at 6:10 p.m., in the third floor Executive Conference Room of
Village Hall, 50 South Emerson, by Mayor Irvana Wilks. Those present at the Closed Session
were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, Arlene Juracek, John Korn and Richard
Lohrstorfer. Staff present included Village Manager Michael Janonis, Community Development
Director Bill Cooney, and TIF Consultant Mike Laube. Motion made by Trustee Juracek,
seconded by Trustee Lohrstorfer to move into Closed Session. The purpose of the Closed
Session was to discuss Land Acquisition and Personnel. There was a unanimous roll call vote
to enter into Closed Session.

Personnel Discussion
The Village Manager shared the final details regarding the 401A Deferred Compensation
Program for Senior Management personnel. Board members reviewed the data and directed
staff to proceed with bringing necessary documentation to an upcoming Village Board Meeting.
The Village Manager also shared with Board members the first proposal of the Public Works CE
Union. There was no discussion on this item.
On a motion by Trustee Korn, seconded by Trustee Lohrstorfer the Closed Session was
adjourned at 10:44 p.m.
