Village Manager David Strahl. The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss
Personnel.
Personnel
Assistant Village Manager David Strahl provided a summary of a staff retention program for
consideration and potential cost impact of such program. There was a discussion regarding a
possible employee impacted by such a program.

'I Assistant Manager Strahl also provided an update to the Board regarding the upcoming Police
Officer Joe Morel administrative hearing.
Meeting moved into open session at 8:38 p.m. and there was no further business and
immediately adjourned at 8:39 p.m.
