CLOSED SESSION
JANUARY 16, 2007
The meeting was convened at 8:16 p.m., in the third floor Executive Conference Room of
Village Hall, 50 South Emerson, by Mayor Irvana Wilks. Those present at the Closed Session
were: Trustees Paul Hoefert, John Korn, Richard Lohrstorfer, Michaele Skowron and Michael
Zadel. Absent from the meeting was Trustee Timothy Corcoran. Staff present included Village
Manager Michael Janonis, Assistant Village Manager David Strahl and Community
Development Director William Cooney. The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss
Land Acquisition and Personnel.

0 Q Assistant Village Manager David Strahl provided information to Village Board regarding an
employee that has had some extraordinary health insurance expenses and the discussion
ensued regarding the Village's self - insurance program and the impact of stop /loss insurance.
t The Closed Session adjourned at 9:00 p.m. and immediately moved into open session at
9:01 p.m. There was no further business therefore the meeting adjourned at 9:01 p.m.
