JANUARY 2, 2007
The meeting was convened at 8:29 p.m., in the third floor Executive Conference Room of
Village Hall, 50 South Emerson, by Mayor IrvanaWilks. Those present at the Closed Session
were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, John Korn, Richard Lohrstorfer, Michaele
Skowron and Michael Zadel. Staff present included Assistant Village Manager David Strahl and
Community Development Director William Cooney. The purpose of the Closed Session was to
discuss Property Acquisition and Personnel.

Personnel
g q Assistant Village Manager David Strahl provided an update to the Village Board regarding an
ongoing investigation into an employee's actions. This is provided for informational purposes
only and no action needs to be taken at this time.
The Closed Session adjourned at 9:37 p.m. and immediately moved into regular session. There
c was discussion regarding some details regarding the upcoming January 9r
