MINUTES
CLOSED SESSION
OCTOBER 17, 2006
The meeting was convened at 8:33 p.m., in the third floor Executive Conference Room of
Village Hall, 50 South Emerson, by Mayor Wilks. Those present at the Closed Session were:
Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, Richard Lohrstorfer, Michaele Skowron and Michael
Zadel Absent from the Closed Session was: Trustee John Korn. Also present was Village,
Assistant Village Manager David Strahl. The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss
Personnel.

Assistant Village Manager David Strahl provided information to the Village Board regarding a
possible Workers' Compensation settlement agreement with a retired /disabled employee.
Mr. Strahl provided background regarding the Workers' Compensation cases that were
Er<<, i consolidated into the settlement offer and the details regarding what a Workers' Compensation
settlement entails. Village Board members were supportive of authorizing settlement as
recommended.
e„ p The Closed Session adjourned at 8:45 p.m. and immediately moved into regular session and
adjourned at 8:46 p.m. with no action taken.
