CLOSED SESSION
SEPTEMBER 5, 2006
Mayor Pro Tem Michael Zadel convened the meeting at 8:10 p.m. in the third floor Executive
Conference Room of Village Hall, 50 South Emerson. Those present at the Closed Session
were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, John Korn, Richard Lohrstorfer and Michaele
Skowron. Absent from the Closed Session was: Mayor Irvana Wilks. Also present was Village
Manager Michael Janonis, Assistant Village Manager David Strahl and Village Attorney Everette
Hill. The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss Land Acquisition, Litigation and
Personnel.

Village Manager Janonis provided some information regarding a Police Officer that is currently
disabled and the need to fill the position due to shortages in manpower and requested
42 4 authorization for an anticipatory hire.
