CLOSED SESSION AUGUST 15, 2006 - l
The meeting called for the purpose of a Closed Session was convened at 7:53 p.m., in
the third floor Executive Conference Room of Village Hall, 50 South Emerson, by Mayor
Irvana Wilks. Those present at the Closed Session were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran,
John Korn, Paul Hoefert, Richard Lohrstorfer, Michaele Skowron andllichael Zadel.
Staff present included Village Manager Michael Janonis and Community = evelopment

purchase offer and discussion ensued regarding that offer. There was also . a disc "P
