The meeting convened at 7:41 p.m., by Mayor lrvana Wilks, in the Village Hall Executive Conference
Room, 50 South Emerson Street. Present were: Trustees Paul Hoefert, John Korn, Michaele
Skowron and Michael Zadel. Absent from the meeting were Trustees Timothy Corcoran and
Richard Lohrstorfer. Staff present included: Village Manager Michael Janonis, Assistant Village
Manager David Strahl and Community Development Director William Cooney. The purpose of the
Closed Session was to discuss Property Acquisition and Personnel.

Village Manager Janonis presented a Workers' Compensation Settlement Offer regarding an
employee of the Village.

Village Board authorized staff to accept the Settlement Offer as recommended.
