The meeting convened at 6:06 p.m., by Mayor Irvana Wilks, in the Village Hall Executive Conference
Room, 50 South Emerson Street. Present were: Trustees John Kom, Michaele Skowron and
Michael Zadel. Absent from the meeting were Trustees Timothy Corcoran and Richard Lohrstorfer.
Trustee Paul Hoefert arrived at 6:08 p.m. Staff present included: Village Manager Michael Janonis,
Assistant Village Manager David Strahl and Carl Tominberg. Motion by Trustee John Korn and
Seconded by Trustee Michaele Skowron to move into Closed Session to discuss Personnel.
Personnel
0 Village Manager Michael Janonis provided general information regarding the process the staff
undertook to recommend Carl Tominberg as the Village's Labor Relations Attorney.

i There was general discussion between Village Board members and Mr. Tominberg.
C Carl Tominberg left the Closed Session at 6:44 p.m.
The Closed Session adjoumed at 6:48 p.m.
